Patrick Burbridge has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and a Houston Resident since 1993. Patrick began his Real Estate Career as a developer and home consultant at one of the Top Producing Real-Estate Companies in the Inner-Loop. He quickly got promoted and changed his focus to Land Acquisition as Land Acquisition and Land Development Manager for the company. Patrick then got the opportunity to develop and lead an In-House Sales team for Tricon Homes. His work ethic and dedication paid off as Tricon Homes quickly became one of the best selling builders in the Inner-Loop. Patrick used his knowledge of Land Acquisition and Home Sales to start a new team for CitiQuest Properties.
Rick Ruggiero II
Rick Ruggiero II returned to Houston in 2006, after studying Communications at the University of Texas, to begin his adventure in Real Estate. Working as an agent, he quickly became sought after by corporate transferees, working with BP, Schlumberger, IKEA, and BASF, to name a few. Promoted to branch manager, manager of multiple locations, Director of Agent Development, and eventually Vice President, Rick helped grow his previous brokerage to one of Houston’s Top 40. Joining CitiQuest Properties in 2014, Rick’s expertise and enthusiasm paired with CitiQuest’s reputation and success will allow for rapid company growth, keeping up with the rapidly growing Houston market.
Christian Martin has been a licensed Realtor in Houston since 2004. He began his real estate career in Houston’s inner loop representing buyers in the new construction market. In 2006 -2007 he worked for one of the largest new home builders in the country, K Hovnanian and then Royce Builders. Christian rose to a top producing sales counselor during his time as new Home Sales Counselor in the industry. As one of the original members of CitiQuest Properties, he has since brought his extensive experience in new Home sales to Houston’s inner loop.
Born in Houston, raised in The Woodlands, and living in Katy for the past 18 years Debbie has a great sense of Houston and the surrounding areas. Her love for her job and industry shows as she was named the Top Buyers Agent at CitiQuest Properties after being with the company for less than a year. She is an active member of Second Baptist Church, has been the Vice President of National Charity League’s Star Chapter, & has served on the executive boards of Cinco Ranch High School & Junior High PTSA since her 3 children have been in grade school.

Javier has been living in Houston since 1980 and he has a passion for this city.
